You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.

    • By email: Write to us at return@alzahrooni.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our approval: You'll receive an email with approval and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

Important! Please do not ship any items before your request has been approved and you have received our instructions. We will not be responsible for packages sent without prior authorization, and they will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will verify that it meets the return conditions.

Refund issuance: If everything is correct, we will process the refund within a maximum of 10 business days.

Payment Method: The refund will be sent using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are FREE.

In the event that you received an incorrect or damaged item due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

7. 3 Years Warranty-Program

Todas nuestras joyas tienen una garantía de calidad de 3 años que cubre defectos de fabricación.

    • What does it cover? The warranty covers issues such as a dropped zircon or a loose pearl.
    • What's not covered? The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper handling of the jewelry.
    • How do I use the warranty? If you have a problem with a piece of jewelry within the warranty period, please write to us at warranty@alzahrooni.com. Depending on the situation and availability of the design, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
